There are lots of great cooking shows that explain how to take great technical care how to prepare meals, not sparing any details. You might wonder if you will ever be able to duplicate their creations. This is not one of those shows. I just realized that if I was going to eat every day I might have to cook most days. I don’t have the time or energy to find and follow a recipe every time I have to make a meal. I think every man should be able to do his own laundry, dress himself, and cook his own food.
